Teams Only has only hauled 1 Shipment for us so can't speak in a long-term sense but they definitely left an impression on the one they did. Was a load quite frankly we were in a bit of a jam on time-wise, bumped into Tim the Dispatcher we had the pleasure of working with, asked him if he could help us out and he did exactly that truly HELPED US OUT. Negotiated a fair price for both parties, was responsive to and compliant with all of our requests/requirements, got Driver to pickup on time, sent paperwork once loaded, complied with tracking and kept us updated during transit, delivered on-time, provided paperwork immediately once unloaded and was extremely respectful, polite and accommodating throughout the entire duration of the transaction. Hope we soon can say they've hauled more than 1 Shipment for us as they clearly demonstrate excellence and provide an experience that stands out by a longshot compared to the "skid the load across the finish line" Carriers we've allowed to take up space in this industry for far too long now.
